Please contact us either by phone or email to check on the availability of the meat that you wish to purchase and to go over the order form BEFORE proceeding with any transactions in our shopping cart.

2. Make a deposit.

We require that you make a non-refundable deposit towards your purchase, which is roughly half of your final cost of your entire order. For instance, a deposit for a quarter beef would be $300, because the total cost would be approximately $600.
3. We will contact you with final amount due.
Once the beef has been dry-aged (about three weeks), custom cut and vacuum packaged, we will contact you to give you the final amount due. This total is based on the weight of the packaged meat, along with any applicable shipping charges. Each cow's weight will vary, which effects each customer's individual total.
4. Final payment.
Once your payment has been processed, the order is ready for shipping, delivery or pick-up.
